(This may not satisfy the relevant regulations of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards FMVSS202 (Head Restraint Requirements), FMVSS207 (Seating Systems Requirements), and FMVSS225 (Child Restraint Anchorage Systems Requirements)).
