DefectDuring the manufacturing process of the rear headrest, the insertion hole for the retaining pin, which secures the headrest to its metal rods, may not have been properly fitted due to foreign material, preventing the retaining pin from being correctly installed. In such a case, the rear headrest may not be properly secured, leading to the possibility that one side of the headrest could detach during an accident, potentially causing injury to occupants.
