Remedy1) For all affected customers: Reprogram the Lithium Battery Controller (LBC) and Vehicle Control Module (VCM) software to include State Of Charge (SOC) fluctuation detection logic and improved dashboard messages. 2) If a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is detected after a test drive: 2-1) Replace the battery. 2-2) If a battery is unavailable, purchase the customer's vehicle.
