DefectElectric Heater: The subject vehicles are equipped with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems containing an electric heater. Due to insufficient heater durability, there is a possibility that the electric heater could fail when exposed to stress over time, causing heater operation to become inoperative. When the vehicles are operated in certain low temperatures, the heater and defrosting performance may reduce.
