DefectOn some CMX500 and CL500 models, the steering lock fixing screw may not have been sufficiently tightened during assembly and may loosen during riding. The loose screw may become caught in the steering area, preventing handlebar operation and potentially causing a fall, or the handle lock may detach.
RemedyAll owners will be sent a letter outlining the details of the recall. For any questions, please contact your nearest Honda Motorcycle dealership. The repair will be carried out free of charge to the owner.
