DefectThis recall relates a potential issue with the vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), specifically the Forward Collision Avoidance (FCA) camera. In certain driving situations, the FCA system may show increased sensitivity to objects ahead due to the front camera software. This may cause the FCA system to engage earlier than expected, potentially resulting in unintended or sudden emergency braking. Sudden braking may increase the risk of a rear-end collision with closely following vehicles.
