DefectIn the detachable portable battery installed in electric motorcycles, due to improper management of the battery cell's exterior processing and incorrect setting of the electrode layer's outer diameter, cracks may occur in the cell exterior due to residual stress from processing and stress from electrode layer expansion, causing electrolyte leakage. As a result, charging failure may occur due to a drop in cell voltage, or metal may precipitate and short-circuit due to the leaked electrolyte, which in the worst case, could lead to the cell igniting and causing a fire.
