RemedyDucati owners need to schedule an appointment with their local Ducati Service or authorised Ducati Dealer to have the heat guard upgraded with a new version, free of charge. Your bike must be upgraded even if you have already carried out the previous campaign called CR285 on a similar issue (which involved the first batch of manufactured Panigale V4 bikes). We apologise for the additional inconvenience.
