DefectOn a small number of vehicles, the instrument panel may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the passenger-front airbag may not inflate properly in a crash. Additionally, when the airbag inflates, this problem could also cause the instrument panel to break, and pieces could be propelled toward vehicle occupants._x000D_ An airbag that doesn't inflate properly could create an increased risk of injury in a crash.
