DefectOn a small number of vehicles, the bolts securing the left or right front stabilizer bar brackets may not have been tightened properly and could become loose. If this happens, the stabilizer bar and/or bracket could separate and damage the high-voltage cables and/or battery coolant lines. This could cause a loss of power to the wheels._x000D_ A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.

RemedyGeneral Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the stabilizer bar bracket bolts. If the stabilizer bar, bracket, high-voltage cables, or coolant lines are damaged, they will be repaired.
