DefectOn one school bus, the light sensors may not work correctly. Canadian regulations require that, if a vehicle is equipped with a light sensor, that the low beam headlamps and tail lamps must automatically switch on when it is dark or the tail lamps must stay on at all times._x000D_ Headlamps and tail lamps that don't work properly could reduce visibility and make the school bus less visible. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash.

RemedyTo reduce the safety risk, Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) recommends you to manually turn on the low beam headlamps until the recall repairs are completed. DTNA will notify the owner by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
