DefectIn the two-axle coupler of large tractors, due to the inappropriate shape of the lock guard (misconnection prevention part), which was redesigned to improve workability in the manufacturing process, if coupling operations are performed when the tractor and trailer heights are not aligned, the lock guard may not operate correctly, leading to a misconnected state, and a "Trailer Connection Complete" message may be displayed on the instrument cluster. RemedyFor all vehicles, check the shape of the lock guard. If it is subject to replacement, replace the lock guard with an improved part, measure the top surface of the jaw and the apex of the lock guard's R-section, and adjust as necessary. Until the improved part is replaced, users will be informed to align the tractor and trailer heights during coupling operations and to visually confirm the connection status after completion.
