DefectDue to insufficient manufacturing instructions for the reverse control unit, poor sealing during the assembly process may allow moisture to enter the unit and corrode the internal electrical contacts. As a result, if use is continued, the unit may overheat internally, causing thermal damage to the electronic circuit and malfunction, and in the worst case, there is a risk of fire.

RemedyFor all vehicles, as a temporary measure, the function of the affected unit will be deactivated. A permanent countermeasure will be implemented once a solution is determined.
