| Defect | In the header lift cylinder and unloader lift cylinder of harvesting and threshing machines, due to improper machining of the port block, a component part, oil may leak from the connection between the cylinder and the joint (elbow). As a result, insufficient hydraulic pressure makes it difficult for the cylinder to rise, and continued use may lead to insufficient oil volume for machine operation, potentially causing the machine to become inoperable. |
| Component | Other equipment (Header lift cylinder and unloader lift cylinder) |
| Remedy | ① For all vehicles, replace the header lift cylinder with a good part. If oil leakage occurs and oil is insufficient, replenish the oil. ② For all vehicles, replace the unloader lift cylinder with a good part. If oil leakage occurs and oil is insufficient, replenish the oil. |
