| Defect | Due to insufficient design consideration in the routing of the air conditioning unit wire harness, some units have narrow clearance with the microfilter housing cover fastening part. As a result, when replacing the microfilter, the harness may be pinched by the fastening part, damaging the harness insulation during use, causing the defroster function, etc., to not operate, and in the worst case, a short circuit could lead to a fire. |
| Component | Defroster (Air Conditioning Unit Harness) |
| Remedy | For all vehicles, change the routing of the wire harness. Additionally, inspect the wire harness and repair it if damage is found. |
